Dunkin' — Restaurant in Johnston

So i went to the dunkin on 602 killingly street bagel toasted with butter the most simple order you could ask for i go all the way home to find out not only was my order wrong the bagel was awful and they put a whole bottle of cream cheese on it i go all the way back show them what i received all i asked for was the 5 dollars back and a new bagel and coffee because it was getting warm. i didn’t ask for the other 11$ worth of stuff i ordered and the manger who was a dumb young girl who shouldn’t step foot in a dunkin again wouldn’t give me the bagel and coffee and refund it was either i get the food or refund making me chose after clearly showing her what was wrong i then i just got my 5 dollars back and left with no food and went to 39A putnam pike dunkin and explained my situation to the manager Gina who was very respectful, helpful, and listened with no questions asked gave me my bagel and coffee free of charge she is a good explain of how a manger should be and act i was very thankful i hope cooperate sees this and finds out who was working at the killingly johnston dunkin around 12am on july 26th because she is a idiot and along with whatever idiot...

We just went through their drive-thru. Our order was $13 and change. Handed $20 to the clerk, got our food, and when she handed us our order, she dropped the receipt on the ground. We did not receive our change.

When I went back inside, she handed me $6 - that is, she shortchanged us. No apology or anything. And to top it off, our order was wrong. We had ordered 50 munchkins, no powdered, and it turns out they'd given us a lot of powdered.

There are also signs everywhere announcing that a styrofoam cup would not be given for iced drinks (i.e. no double-cupping) and that water in a paper cup cost 10 cents. Apparently management is more interested in screwing their customers than providing a pleasant experience. Given the haggard and depressed looks on all the employees faces, I suspect they treat their employees equally badly.

By far the worst dunkin donuts around!! They over cook hash browns so much they taste burnt not eatable. Wont give you a hot cup even if u want to pay for it and wont make my ice coffee in just a hot cup with no plastic. I wouldnt care if the plastic wasnt so thin that just holding it they squeeze and bend causing spilled coffee everytime!! This store just doesnt have a ckue what they are doing. Cannot compare to any if the other Johnston dunkin donuts all of them in Johnston are 100 times better than this dunkin on puntam pike. ** And my niece went a week later never again now this dunkin gives only 4 pieces in their hasbrown order instead of 6 pieces like everyone else thought it was a mistake so she went inside and ordered 2 more and again only 4 pieces.
