Not one to leave reviews but if you’re looking for boba don’t even bother. They couldn’t tell me what did or didn’t have milk, couldn’t tell me what did or didn’t have caffeine, didn’t know what tarot was (neither did I but they clearly didn’t know enough to explain when I asked) and then recommended iced coffee with boba (yuck!) since I can’t have milk. All while the owner was too busy on FaceTime in the back to help with any of it. Eventually said they could do a boba Thai tea with no milk, and when I got it, it did in fact have milk and I started to get sick. so a $8 boba drink that I watched them microwave and blend powder into a drink wasn’t even drinkable unless I wanted to get more sick. Absolutely...

This doughnut shop recently changed owners and since then the quality has not been the same. This used to be the only place in northern colorado you could get a real croissant doughnut. Now the croissant doughnuts are flattend over glazed and missing the lightness which is what makes it so hard to get a crossiant right. The doughnuts seem to be a little bit more oily and dense too.

Everyone’s taste is different but for us the balance in flavor is off and the doughnuts are way sweeter and now they offer fillings to make them even sweeter. The selection is different now too, not a lot of old fashioned or cake but plenty of raised.

The old owners always used to give out complementary doughnut holes but...

Every town needs a good donut shop and it's safe to say We Knead Donuts is that place.

First time in and got a mixed dozen. The variety is wonderful and each donut was well balanced between topping and the donut itself. The raised donuts were so soft and fluffy, while the old fashioneds were perfectly crisp on the outside.

They also have boba tea, which I also just had to try. Good flavor, but found an inconsistency in the doneness of the pearls.

Staff is friendly and very patient with those who need a little more time to choose between the many choices of good donuts.

I hope they continue to be Johnstown and Millikens donut of choice for many...
