Was a longtime customer, good food, good service. Then they took my money and didn't give it back. I made an order a few weeks ago and then they asked me for my card info again because "the first one didn't go through". So unfortunately I did and it went through and I got my food. Couple days later I checked my bank account and noticed I was charged twice and so I called and they explained they had a "bad register" and wanted my bank statement to be sure. Seriously why would I lie? So manager said he would call his bank and that in a few days it would "cancel out". Well the weekend passes and it never did. I checked my app again and sent the proof that I was charged twice the same date. Both charges went through and they offered to wire me the refund. Surprise, I never got my money back, waited ANOTHER 2-3 days and by that time it had already been a week and a half I think. That was ridiculous and really shady of them. Never again. And I tried being nice and patient.
