Juybe's Breakfast and Lunch — Restaurant in Joliet

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it! From the moment we walked into Juybe’s Breakfast & Lunch, we were impressed. The restaurant was spotless — you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. We were greeted right away by a friendly hostess who told us about the specials and soups of the day, which was a nice touch.

Our server Troy was quick to greet us, super friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. I ordered the Skirt Steak & Eggs and upgraded my pancakes to French Toast — and wow. The steak was tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked exactly how I asked. My eggs were actually cooked over medium — which, let’s be honest, most places can’t seem to get right! The French toast was rich, fluffy, and flavorful enough that it barely needed syrup.

My fiancée ordered Bacon & Eggs with hashbrowns and pancakes, and she couldn’t stop talking about how amazing her meal was. The pancakes were to die for — light, buttery, and full of flavor. We were so impressed we decided to try some of their soups before we left, and they were just as fresh and delicious as the rest of the food.

Before we even finished, the owners personally stopped by our table to check that everything was to our liking — which really says a lot about how much they care about their customers.

By the time we left, we were in a total food coma and already planning our next visit. 😋

1 and done. Won't be back. Portions were extremely small, especially for the price. They couldn't even toast the bread properly. Cheese wasn't melted in a omelet, 2 tiny pieces of bacon in said omelet. Staff was friendly though. Not worth the money. Unfortunate because the location is...

Dont waste your time. This place won't be around long at all! Small portions, long wait and ok food. I dont know what kind of oil they make their hashbrowns in but you cant taste it in every oily bite. Waitress was nice....
