Arby's — Restaurant in Jonesboro

The staff, food, and service is always great here. My disappointment is that I order one of their newer drinks but was told they didn't have whatever was needed to make the drink until the next day. So, I then ordered a milk shake (famous Arby's Jamocha shake) and was told the machine is not working (p.s. I was told that about a week ago also). Then I tried to order a THIRD sweet tea and was told they were out of that also! After that, I gave up on a drink. I still ordered food and was given a discount. I'm appreciative of that. An apology would have helped also. I will try again another day, but it may be awhile. I'll likely just be thinking about ordering food......

Upon us entering the building NO ONE WAS AT THE COUNTER. WE WAITED FOR 10 MIN. AND I FINALLY KNOCKED ON THE COUNTER TWO YOUNG GUYS WALKED AROUND AND LAUGHED IN A GOOFY WAY TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OFF THEN ONE CAME BACK AND TOOK OUR ORDER BY SAYING WHAT DO U WANT. I WANTED TO LEAVE BUT DIDN'T WE ORDERED AND TOOKE THEM 10 MIN TO GET OUR FOOD AND 13 TO GET THE OTHERS THAT WAS WITH US. WASNT VERY FRIENDLY NO SMILE AND NOT ONE BIT IN A HURRY TO GET THINGS DONE. THEN OUR FOOD WAS DRENCHED IN MAYO AND COULDN'T KEEP SAMDWICH TOGETHER. BEFORE WE LEFT ON OF THE EMPLOYEES CAME OUT AND HIS CLOTHES WERE DOWN PAST HIS BACK SIDE. VERY VERY...

To the AA girl on drive through last night 9:00 pm oct 2. You would've heard my order properly had you not of been smackin your gums and sighing after everything I said. Clearly you hate your job. To be honest, you need retraining.. or just quit. That was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. Couldn't even take my order right because u couldn't stop making pointless noise. Then had an attitude when I got to the window. Said I never said 2 bacon ranch wraps. I only had to repeat the order three times cause you weren't listening. To the manager... that was completely...
