McDonald's — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Never EVER would I think I would give a McDonalds a 5 star but here I am. Listen, they are doing EVERYTHING right. I have watched two older ladies eat their sausage biscuits for about an hour. In that hour about 4 employees have come up to them and had genuine conversations. One even gave them a hug. When I first got here a 20ish grand-daughter was having breakfast with her grandfather. I swear a TEAR-Jerk commercial could have been shot here. I stayed until lunch started and I was waiting for the Chaos.. it never came but the customers kept coming. The following might sound like a paid testimonial but I assure you I'm still broke: I got here at 930 ish and waited inside until lunch. They checked in on me and I told them I was waiting for lunch. YALL- when 1030 came- they came and let me know! AND THEN- They came and checked on me outside as I went to take a call and brought my food to my table. One more amazing thing- remember those older ladies. I guess one of them dropped a crumb or something and an employee walked by went and got a napkin and then PICKED IT UP- WAIT it gets better as he was bending down another employee was coming with a broom to pick up the trash. WHO FIGHTS TO GET THE TRASH FIRST AT MCDONALDS??? I could say more but I think I'm going to go buy a lotto ticket or something. Because this is crazy. Its always something...I wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered pancakes for breakfast and after I got to work I realized they didn't give me any syrup. Why should I have to ask for syrup,that should be automatically given. Asking about ketchup is reasonable but who's out here eating dry pancakes? The next time I visited this same location, I ordered 2 apple pies. The cashier informed me that there were none ready and it would be a few minutes, I said ok and pulled up to wait. After @10 minutes later another lady walked out empty handed. She then asked what I was waiting for, I tolds her that I was waiting on my pies. At this point she told me that the other lady was wrong, there were absolutely no pies in the building period. I was so irritated, I just got a refund and left. Stop by this Mcdonald's around 9-930am on 12-27-2017 with my family before we continue our trip back to my military base. After receiving my order I noticed there was no jelly in my bag which I asked for. I politely drove back around to the drive through window and ask Nigeal (I may spelled her name incorrectly) may I please have a strawberry jelly. She Immediately shows her true colors and character, turns and said, " your sorry ass could have came in to get jelly but you came to drive through." She was very rude, poorly trained in Customer service. I ask to speak to her manager. I immediately brought the issue to the manager's attention which she apologize for Nigeal behavior.
