Wendy's — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Ordered through drive thru. Proceeded to window and paid then I noticed 4 cars pulled ahead waiting for orders. After i paid i was told to pull up.. where idk but then i asked if i can just get a refund and was told no that they started my food already. Manager on nights argued with me and denied a refund 6 times and told me to park any damn where that he dont care bc his druve thru time was getting to high. I get that im a fast food manager but in no way is it okay to talk to a customer that way.the girl cashier was also rolling her eyes the entire time. Definitely not okay to refuse a refund! And they kept trying to hand me my food after i kept asking for a refund bc of the poor service. I definitely will NOT come back and will let others know about the poor...

After waiting for almost 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru I was given my order without one of my drinks when I let the lady at the window know that I was missing a drink she gave me the incorrect drink so I told her that it was the incorrect drink and she proceeded to take her bare hand to hold the ice in the cup while she poured the liquid out and then refill the same cup with dirty hand ice with dr. Pepper causing my drink to be contaminated with whatever was on her hands at the moment which is absolutely disgusting and when I called the manager to let her know the situation I was told well she's new. Ordered drive through last night 10/02/23. The lady was friendly, offered me the special. Did a good presentation. I was really hungry from working a long day and and when I bit into the burger the meat tasted off. It just tasted bad. I was really disappointed. As I drove home disappointed I thought that being in the food industry they had to have known the age of all their products they have. They must keep track for the safety of the public.
