We get that you’re proud of your place, but our experience didn’t reflect the quality or atmosphere you’re describing.

The wait was part of the issue. We expected some delay, but it was excessive for just a few basic items. Staff made multiple mistakes, and instead of staying focused, one of them stopped to socialize while people stood waiting. That kind of service gives the impression that customers aren’t a priority.

The music wasn’t just rock and roll. It had lyrics that weren’t appropriate for kids. That’s not about taste in music, it’s about being aware of your audience. Saying “that’s what we play” doesn’t really address the concern.

The pie tasted like it came from a freezer. It didn’t seem fresh or made by a bakery. And the ice cream was underwhelming. We’ve had better from places with less hype and faster service.

We weren’t trying to be harsh, but this came across like a business more focused on style than substance. Based on our visit, we wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

My family and I visited this ice cream shop for the first time, hoping for a fun treat with the kids. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations.

It took over 35 minutes to receive just three kids’ ice creams and one slice of pie. We’ve been to similar places before and never experienced a wait like that. Staff kept getting orders wrong or adding extra items that weren’t requested. At one point, a staff member even stopped working entirely to greet and hug a friend while customers stood in line waiting to be served.

When our order finally came out, the ice cream was mediocre. The pie tasted like it came from a big box store like Sam’s or Walmart, not something fresh or housemade.

The environment also didn’t feel kid friendly. Between the staff behavior and music choice, it seemed more suited for a different kind of crowd.

We came in excited but left disappointed. There’s potential here if the team focuses on service, quality, and creating a welcoming space for families. But for now, we won’t...

What’s better than eye candy and sweets? Rolled ice cream of course. Satisfying a TikTok itch I happened upon this location that’s relatively new (in the physical location). The guy was cute, the team was nice, the bread looked delicious.

I’m not a fan of the decor personally, but there is in fact seating and decor to look at inside.

You walk in, read the board, order, and wait. While engaging in conversation I thought I’d share my insights to my fellow consumers.

Each cup size has a specific quantity of cream allotted. The outcome may vary based on the toppings you include with it. — So, we all say in unison; “if one looks smaller than the other that’s not my business because I picked the toppings in my own cup and the outcome is of my design.”

Be patient, the wait is worth it! If you can’t be patient, don’t go messing up anybody else’s eye candy rolled ice cream experience.
