In some ways... you can't get better care at a less price anywhere. The amount of time spent and experience of the instructors can be excellent. They also were very good about making sure I was not in pain. Bad part is that it takes a long time. The evaluation to become a patient was 2 separate appointments that were 3hours each. The another 3hr appointment to go over a treatment plan. Then you have an expectation of 10-12 visits. However, they will only schedule one at a time. So, if the dentist you are assigned is busy... You get an appointment in 2-3 weeks. Unless it's the month they have off in between semesters or a week here or there. They will not schedule you for the 10-12 visits. They will only schedule you for the next visit at the end of the current visit. So, it is not "first come first serve". What I was told would take 3-4 months was not done at 8 month. And if you complain about it, they will just point out that it's an education environment and "that just the way it is." Complain about that or the poor quality dentures they made you, they will ask you to not come back. Now, they were honest enough with me to refund the $600 I paid for the dentures.

So, I think you can see some good advantages of getting your dental care the College Clinic. There are some very good people there. Some others?...

I've been dealing with a wisdom tooth issue, and it is quite painful, to say the least! I came here and was able to see a dentist right away! I got referred elsewhere due to my wisdom tooth needing pulled, but they were MORE than helpful, polite, and they made sure to answer all of the questions I had before I left! I definitely felt comfortable and taken care of. The facility is VERY! They do the walk-ins (I believe only certain days and times/maybe) I'd call and check. I was originally referred here. I definitely recommend coming here if you have an emergency and / or would like great...
