Picked this location to order from when the 7th and Maiden location made our order incorrectly a few weeks back, resulting in having to go back in to get them remade. I'm talking the sauces for both sandwiches were mismatched, the bread was wrong for one and some ingredients were straight up missing. Order was corrected but I chose a new location, this one, in hopes of better results the first time. While our order was correct, they were packaged so poorly in the white wrapping and the logo wrap that the ends of the sandwiches were exposed and ingredients were falling out into the bag. Not sure if I care to try again anywhere at this point. Read moreI ordered on door dash, my sandwich was open (poorly wrapped) and in an open bag. There wasn’t tape on anything. It felt not the safest, no way for me to know the food wasn’t tampered with. I called the store and the manager said verbatim “don’t know what to tell ya, you can bring it back in. If you can’t do that, there’s nothing else I can do about it. Have a nice day” and hung up. I tried to ask if they could take my name down, and she refused. When I asked why there wasn’t tape she replied “we must have been in a hurry”
