Subway — Restaurant in Joshua

Went in to subway Sunday​ night 10/14/18 to get a sub I​ have not been to a subway this year and have been wanting to get a meatball sub I​ walked in and it was just after 9:31 pm said hello to the young girl standing kind of in back from the register​ by the side counter and walked on by then there were​ 2 young kids a boy and a little girl came up to the edge of the counter and said something to the girl working there she said something back and they when on their​​ way. The young woman walked my way and ask so what can i get you? i said well i have not been to a subway this year and wanted a meatball sub for a week or so now and she said oh we already put them up. I was like really? She said yes we put them up at 9:30 pm​, i look over to at the clock on your wall her and look down at my phone to make sure what time it was and said its 9:33! She paused and said oh oh we put them up at 9pm I said ok so you always do this? she said yes and said but we have other things naming a subway club or something like that and i was irritated at that point thinking you close at 10pm anyway i said no thank you if i order something i will have to do the review at the bottom of the ticket and it would not be a good review for you but thanks and left and went to Fastaco still not getting my meatball sub that I​ have been wanting because apparently​ from what this young woman says they put the meatballs up at either9 p​m or 9:30 pm she couldn't​ figure out what time she put them up sunday night. When i did go to this location in the past they also use to dump the tea out early to guessing because they dont want to be late cleaing stuff up? So im leaving my review here and wont be going back to...

This is my first time coming to this location and it put a bad taste in my mouth. I came here because I was craving cookies and Subway has amazing cookies! So I got their three cookie deal, and went to scan my card to pay. When you make a payment with a card it asks you if you want to leave gratuity or no tip. I selected no tip because all I did was get cookies. No sandwich was made, no real effort was put in at all. After the transaction was approved, the gentleman looked at the register screen and said "awe man 😞" I'm guessing it's because I did not leave a tip. I felt that that was extremely unprofessional to verbally make a comment if someone didn't tip you. As a hairdresser I know that gratuity is not an obligation it is a tip for a reason. If my client thinks that I went above and beyond for them and they want to give me a little extra then that is completely up to them. If a client didn't tip me after they left the building I would maybe make a comment, but I would never do that right in front of a guest. I will probably not return to this location because of the unprofessionalism that I experienced. I would hope the manager after reading this comment will educate his staff that tips are not required and should not comment if someone does not...

After reading other reviews, this seems like a common theme, and though I rarely eat there, this was by far the worst Subway experience. We showed up around 6:15pm. There seemed to be no manager on duty, or at least no one that stood out as management in dress or behavior. The restaurant was out of steak on the bar. Was told it was still frozen and would be "quite a while" before some thawed. They were out of every kind of bread except herb and cheese and flatbread. The customer service was sub-par, to be put mildly. It was as though it was an inconvenience for anyone to be patronizing the restaurant (at peak hours). Half way through making the orders, two of the three girls just disappeared and left one to run orders and cash by herself for almost 10 min. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki toasted. Somehow the sandwich was still cold when I sat down( in restaurant). All in all, it was a total waste of time and money to eat here.
