I checked in and about an hour later lay down in the bed. I had smelled an odor and could not find out what it was I finally got up off the bed and put my face to the mattress and smelled urine. And then went downstairs to talk to the clerk they said they were fully booked and didn't have another room I left at the front desk went back to the room to decide what I was going to do it was 11 p.m. at night and then decided to go back downstairs to the clerk I ask the clerk where the manager was he informed me that he just left for the evening and said that he might have a solution he offered me another room ask if I would like to go look at that room to see if it would be appropriate I agreed to go check the new room out it smelled of gear oil when I walked into the room the new room I checked the mattress and sheets out on the new room they were fine I told the clerk the new room would be okay I asked to have the new room key he refused to hand it to me as if I was trying to Swindle him out of something as though I was trying to have 2 rooms at once I felt like he was treating me like I was trying to get one over on him I then exclaimed that I needed to have the new room key so that I could move rooms. He handed me the new room key But Then followed me to my old room and stood outside the door as though I was trying to steal something or be dishonest and some way I was then informed by the clerk that the maid would come in that night to clean the room that I had been staying in with the urine on the bed I told him that that didn't need to happen with the manager needed to see and smell the bed before it was cleaned so that I could get a refund back the next morning I spoke with a man that said that he wasn't the manager of motel but that he could help me we went up to the room the first room with the bed that smell like urine and the room had been cleaned sheets changed the man pulled down the covers and the top sheet and smelled of the bed and said that it didn't smell like urine I told him to pull back the bottom sheet and the mattress pad to smell of the mattress itself and when he did he refused to touch the mattress even with his hand and refused to smell of it because the urine...
Read moreWe booked the hotel to get away an be able to go swimming out of the heat, when I was checking in at the front desk I had to wait 10 mins for the gentleman to come to help me as one of the woman that was working there had to walk down to another guests room to deal with complaints, I should of took that as a sign but was really looking forward to our stay, we got up to the room an it looked nice an well put together, we quickly changed an headed down to the pool to find the pool closed, in disappointment we went back to the room..as we were getting in the elevator there was another gentleman complaining about how the website lied an states there would be free breakfast but as he was checking in he was informed there wasn't any..we then tried to go do laundry in the laundry room which was also shown online when booking the hotel, to our surprise it was closed too.. Now we are mad..we paid to stay in a hotel with amenities and there was none, when I spoke with the front desk about a refund they were rude an only offered to refund me the "taxes" we paid on the room.... At this point I was outraged an decided to lay down..when i pulled back the blanket there were stains on the sheets, there was no remote for the TV an when I called I was hung up on after being told they didnt have TV remotes. I'm very disappointed that the hotel would treat Its guests like it did, at one point when we left to get something to eat there was a gentleman at the front desk yelling at the man behind the front desk for the condition of his room. I have stayed at many motel 6 locations an I have never had a problem, I have also stay at this location before an never had a problem. I'm just disappointed in there actions at this location an won't be returning. Read moreThis place is a huge joke and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff is rude, ignorant, and very incompetent. I booked a reservation for myself and my dog. Their website states “pets stay free.” After being here 24 hours with multiple trips in and out with my dog on my last trip in earlier this evening, an employee (I’m assuming) stopped me and asked me my room number and if I paid the fee. I told him no, that I was never informed of one and I wasn’t charged one. He told me I’d have to pay it later, so I said fine, I’d pay and finished bringing my dog to my room into his kennel and left to make a meeting on time. No biggie, whatever. It was a minor annoyance since that at reservation time AND check in AND the entire first 24 hours of my stay here with me in and out WITH my dog no one said anything about the pet fee. I then returned later that evening to find my room key wouldn’t work, so I went downstairs to get a new one. He informed me (incredibly rudely and abruptly) that I “forgot to pay the pet fee.” So I asked him, they figured the best way was to lock me OUT of my room WITH MY DOG INSIDE? His reaponse was a dry yes. I asked him again, with my dog locked inside? He said yes, since I “forgot” to pay the fee YET I was never informed of one nor charged one at check in and told him NO, I didn’t forget, YOU forgot to charge me for it when I was clear on multiple occasions I had a dog with me. Not to mention, the entire floor I’m staying on reeks of weed and has all damn day and clearly nothing has been done about it.
NEVER STAY HERE. The staff is beyond rude and clearly lack any type of competence or common sense and customer service.
