Burger King — Restaurant in Jupiter

I'm a little shocked by all the poor reviews as I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. Does that mean that it is perfect? No. Definitely not. However, does it deserve 1 star reviews? Not in my opinion. For more, read on.

Having scanned some of the more negative reviews, I don't find that they are completely wrong. I can't speak to delivery orders, but I definitely use the drive thru... And it IS a total mess. I simply think that this location was built before Jupiter got so developed. See, there are multiple entrances/exits to this place and the drive thru only accommodates ONE car after the one ordering. That is in no way reasonable. It leads to strange backups across all aisles of the parking lot in the worst case scenario. I've seen it.

Still, while I have waited 10 minutes in the drive thru during a busy time, my order was still hot and correct when I got it and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful whenever I have visited.

So, other than the occasional wait, this location has proven to me time and again that the staff here are friendly and accommodating and the food as good as other locations.

Look, you do the best with what you've got, and this place has a good staff but a horrible design. And unless they do some future renovations, the design won't change. Good to know that the staff make up that difference for me. Yer...

It wouldn't have been so bad at this Burger King but when I walked in my buddy had a mask and I did not I was asked to leave until I had a mask five minutes later as we're eating the same manager comes out to the ward station with no mask yes she had a mask on but it was down to her chin and she was talking to other employees at the food station then the young lady that served us when the bat started to sweep no biggie but stop the ring up customers what the same gloves on she was sweeping the floor with took their money and repeated with another customer been playing footsies with one of those other employees it was an experience so to speak plus two other people in the back with no masks at all the worst part was as it was my first time out and about for a while since covid-19 and I've been craving Burger King so basically this is my first out to eat since the pandemic oh and do not ever order the mozzarella sticks they were the worst thing I have ever had almost didn't make me want to...

7:15 am 10/11/23 manager wouldn't let me use the restroom.I decided to place an order a special $3 biscuit sausage & small hash browns. Manager told me I don't know what you're talking about. The manager walked off disrespectful ignoring me .The manager walked back over i said would you see the sign posted outside. Manager noticed the the special an Said u need a coupon she walked off an told me $4.31 that's a lot of tax like half of $3 .The manager is Latino age 40 to 50 Brown hair ponytail.
