Shiny Prints HD Metal Prints — Attraction in Jupiter

Amazing quality. Having used other print options in the past (primarily Shutterfly), the quality difference is absolutely amazing. Shiny uses high quality product, and better methodology, and the finished product is phenomenal. My order (18 prints, multiple sizes) was completed and shipped very quickly, arrived safely, and all are on display. The care that was taken for packaging all different sizes of prints was next level; there were no bent corners, scratches in the ink, or damage of any kind. Smaller prints were in the same box, but did not have the chance to rub or shift; individual prints are packaged in a bag that is then taped to a flat cardboard that fits corner-to-corner within the shipping box, layer of cardboard between each print, with additional layers of cardboard at the top and bottom of the box, the box is fitted to the stack of prints so there is no shifting up or down either. The largest print (large poster size) was shipped in a flat wooden crate to further protect it. The methodology that is utilized in the printing process makes all the difference in the finished product. Images are identical to what I see on my screen. There are no subtle color strips, smeared edges, or blurry subject matter in the finished prints. Absolutely amazing quality.

WORST PHOTO PRINTER, False Advertising: Slow Lead Times, Horrible Staff, Low quality service w high prices.

Only use this company if you have 3 month lead time on your orders and do not need decent quality prints.

After spending $932 on 9 small prints and 2 days trying to load images on their slow website, I placed an order at the beginning of the month understanding there is a 2 week lead time for orders advertised on their website. I called to confirm the order the first week. After 2 weeks passed I called to confirm the order was processed since I only received a receipt of the purchase and no follow up email. The manager confirmed the order was being processed after the 2nd week.

Half way through the 3rd week I called to check whether it had shipped, but the manager confirmed the order was in line for production still with 200 orders ahead of it. Clearly this business is not only FALSE ADVERTISING, they are understaffed and instead of paying for appropriate production equipment and staff, they are paying for inaccurate Google ads.

3 Weeks after ordering I still do not have any confirmation the order will be processed remotely close to the original confirmed...

For anyone unsure of using shiny prints this is a review that I feel is worth the read. I am new to printing on aluminum but I wanted to give it a try as it gives photos a clean, sharp, and unique look. I'll begin by saying Jenessa was the main reason I became a customer. I live out of state from where shiny prints is located so I first chatted with local companies near me. I don't feel it's necessary to drag the other companies through the mud so I won't mention their names. However, they treated me like a complete fool, as I mentioned, this is new to me! How they spoke to me, failed to explain printing options, and the vibe they just didn't need my business was enough for me to say no thanks. I gave shiny prints a call with questions I had in regard to printing, Jenessa walked me through the process, was incredibly kind, and because of her I am now about to place my third order. I just barely got off the phone with the owner, who personally called me to discuss printing, tips on exporting etc. I can't recommend them enough. I just got into my first coffee shop so their name and prints will be all over New England in no time!...
