As an aficionado of both fine wines and exquisite cuisine, my recent visit to this gem of a wine bar was nothing short of spectacular. Upon entering, you're greeted by an ambiance that is both chic and cozy. Soft, ambient lighting highlights the sleek, modern decor, while the plush seating arrangements create intimate nooks perfect for a romantic date or a relaxed evening with friends. The subtle background music enhances the experience without overpowering conversation, making it an ideal setting for any occasion.

REMBAR boasts an impressive wine list that caters to both connoisseurs and casual sippers. Their knowledgeable staff are able to offer insightful recommendations tailored to your palate. From robust reds to crisp whites, each bottle has been meticulously curated to complement their culinary offerings. During my visit, I sampled a velvety Pinot Noir that was the perfect prelude to the main event.

While REMBAR excels in its wine selection, it was the filet mignon that truly stole the show. As someone who has frequented The Capital Grill and savored their renowned filet, I was curious to see how REMBAR would compare. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. Cooked to perfection, the filet mignon was a masterpiece of culinary craftsmanship. The exterior had a beautiful, caramelized crust that gave way to a tender, succulent center. Each bite melted in my mouth, releasing a symphony of rich, beefy flavors that were impeccably seasoned.

From the moment I arrived at REMBAR, I was treated with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff’s attentiveness and enthusiasm were evident throughout the evening, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. They were well-versed in the menu, offering thoughtful suggestions and accommodating any special requests with ease. Rembar is an amazing hidden gem wine bar that just opened!

The wine selection is very impressive and delicious, the ambiance is relaxing and beautiful (love the gold wallpaper and attention to detail in design) and food is so fresh and perfectly paired - I tried the Rembar meat and cheese board.

The best part - the owners and their team are so nice (love Jess!) and put their love and passion into this place.

Take your friends, partner/spouse or just go yourself! Perfect for a ladies night or a first date or a drink before or after dinner. There’s a great long bar as well as smaller tables for a little more intimacy.

What an amazing night at Rembar! I honestly was not expecting much of this little spot in a strip mall but let me tell you, this wine bar has it going on! Not only is the variety of wine extensive, the also have snacks including charcuterie boards.

The decor and lighting really make the place along with the excellent bartenders!

I even had the opportunity to meet the owner. Everybody is so friendly and you could tell they have their regulars.

The bartender named Colton is not only attentive and efficient, he's a real nice guy!
