The Baker's on 5396 Mission Blvd. and the one on 2221 Main St. are very much about you the person and CUSTOMER.
They take the time to know your name or at least your face with true feeling. You are not just a CUSTOMER TO THEM YOU ARE A PERSON AND THEY GREET THAT PERSON WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE AND HELLO.
They not only ask for your order when you are READY and no rushing you can take your time and move aside while you are reading the menue you are never uncomfortable.
When my son and I go in we are always GREETED WITH ENTHUSIASM AND SMILES we are always made to feel WELCOMED.
There is always the how have been? What have you been up too? Well it sure is nice to see you again you look good? NOW THAT IS CARING SERVICE.
And that you won't find on EVERY STREET CORNER FAST FOOD CHAIN because it doesn't exist there.
You see you have forgotten about the human aspect of SERVICE the CARING part of service because it is not there but at these two Baker's I enjoy it EVERYTIME I walk in.

The rest rooms are always clean and you never have to try your hands on your clothes they are stocked for you need and use.

I get an attitude from the manager. I request a refund and she tells me that she can’t give me a refund because the rest of the food is good. I am like, I don’t feel comfortable eating if there was a hair on my food. The manager tells me she won’t refund me until she sees me throw away the rest of the food. I am like ok. She keeps going on why she doesn’t understand why I want a refund if the rest of the food was good. She keeps giving me an attitude so I told her, I am a customer you need to give me a refund if I request one due to a hair on my food. She refused to give me a name. She gave me a refund but kept talking and I walked out left the rest of the unwrapped untouched food on the table. We didn’t even open the rest of the food, with the exception of the coffee which we had put the zero sugar packet. Worst service and experience ever. Read more"Shift Lead" Sunshyne is very rude and unprofessional. Too busy gabbing with coworkers to pay attention to what she is doing. Let alone talking about a workers poor performance to her other workers so the whole store can hear. I called to tell her about her mistake with my order she claimed me pointing out her mistake was be being rude and proceeded repeatedly cutting me off and accusing me of yelling at her everytime I reclaimed my time because she cut me off while I was talking. Instead of expressing humility she proceeded to argue and defend her mistake. I asked 5 times over the phone for the store managers name and availability and was refused and hung up on twice. I had to drive down there and get it from her in person to which instigated an argument and she yelled at me. I had to go down there out of principal as her behavior did not reflect that of a "Shift Lead" and I felt very disrespected. I am a paying customer and I have the right to voice my complaint if my order is wrong especially when I see the unprofessional reason why the mistake was made.
