Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Came in, ordered our food. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for our food, no one in the drive thru. An old lady and 2 females with 2 kids came in about 15 minutes after we ordered, the kids ran behind the counter which is against osha. But ok, they then proceeded to serve them before us. They were clearly the cashiers family. Ok, what made me really mad was that our food was thrown together. No effort what so ever, my chicken sandwhich tasted like it had some kind of chemical on it. Literally made me sick, going to ER just in case. The guys in the kitchen were just standing around talking not doing anything, every time someone pulled up to the drive thru it took them a few minutes to assist them because they were busy talking. I won't be back to this one again and will probably be contacting corporate after my ER...

I came to this location last month during a road trip to get some shakes and actually had one of the best customer service experiences. I originally just wanted some shakes but the young lady helping me, Megan, was telling me how the waffle fries are really good and a great combo with the shakes - to have something a little salty with something sweet, and for the hot and cold combo food experience (it was actually really refreshing!) She was really friendly and thoughtful and genuine. I felt like she really cares about the customers and wanted me to have an enjoyable experience and snack, rather than just being there only for “a job.” I don’t live close but I would definitely come to this location regularly if I did just to have a better customer service...

Let me dive right in, Friday night 10:14 pm 4/15/2022 Order 311111 cashier daisy Food was delicious, my wife and I really enjoyed it, even the presentation was appealing, very tasty, (but) however the girl really didn’t want to be there, as I reached for my wallet she started tapping her fingers and honestly felt rushed as I started to fumble my wallet, the look was definitely telling me that I was taking too long, trust me very unpleasant to look at and felt uncomfortable, I asked for one ranch and four ketchups, man she was mad, sorry for asking for condiments, she really needs to be moved to another position so customers would not feel Intimidated, I’m quite certain you’ll be losing customers with her in drive thru, sorry Carl, but she...
