Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Google Maps cut off right after it led me into the shopping plaza parking lot, but not right in front of the restaurant, so I was like "Where is it?"

Turns out it's way in the back, literally one of the last stores in the far reaches of the parking lot.

When you walk in, it's a no frills fast food restaurant, but it's modern and clean.

The menu is customizable, which I always enjoy because I know I'll be getting exactly what I want.

We got the plate, which is their biggest size. I finished mine in one sitting, but my sister had leftovers.

She was like "Oh, there's an orange!" which we weren't expecting, but it was good and really sweet, although it also had a bit of sourness.

This is a good place to go if all you want is a quick, healthy meal. Like we barely placed our orders and filled our cups with soda when a few minutes later our food was already being brought to our table.

I noticed as we sat by one of the big windows a banner saying it was under new management. I don't know how it was before, but how it is now is perfectly fine.

I think this was part of their training, but even though they were helping another customer the employees still managed to say goodbye to us as we were leaving.

So I decided to stop for lunch and try the Tofu bowl. And let me tell you how BOMB is was. Soooo good I Recently stopped eating meat and this is my second time trying Tofu, the first time from a similar place it's was ok, BUT THIS WAS GREAT!!! my server was Raabia and she was super sweet and friendly. I'm so happy I tried it. Thanks guys. This is my favorite Flame Broiler! The staff is very friendly and offer quick service. I always get the chicken bowl w/rice & veggies. The chicken is consistently good, not fatty, dried out or burned. The veggies are perfectly crisp but still tender. I am in love with their Magic Sauce and Hot Sauce combination as well! I don't know if it's a healthier choice, but I feel like it is and it's delish! Especially for fast food. Awesome job to JV...

Went here today and they didn't want to take my order because it was tofu so the lady started asking people behind me if anyone was doing chicken and took FIVE people behind me just because she said tofu takes extra time to cook. Like what the heck I could have paid for my food while waiting, this is very unprofessional and then on top of it once I finally was able to order she didn't like how I wanted extra veggies and no salad, gave me a freaking attitude about it! The cook didn't want to do it. Like I paid extra for veggies and you don't want to do what the customer wanted. This place is a franchise and it has terrible service, really disappointed because it is a family location and I wanted to give them a chance. These older ladies don't want to work then...
