I had the pleasure of dining at Wabi Sabi, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The waiter was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The real star of the evening, though, was the chef. The food was nothing short of outstanding – every dish was beautifully crafted, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. You could tell a lot of care and expertise went into each plate. It was a truly memorable dining experience, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Overall it wasn't bad. A little pricey but I expected as much. If you seen one teppenyaki show you pretty much seen it all. I was kind of annoyed by the fact there were people that got in later than us and they got their chef before us. Other than that all the food was buttered up and the portions were generous. I would come back for special occasions only.

I had the steak and chicken with salad and ginseng dressing and fried rice. Everything was excellent and the chef didn’t skimp on the garlic butter. $100 for three people for the same meal with three drinks which is not bad for a Japanese Steakhouse.

Came here for lunch with a party of 6. We were greeted and seated promptly. The waitress was pleasant and welcoming. She didn't take our order right away even though we were the only table there. It gave us time to chat. She took our orders for drinks and soup or salad.

It's annoying when the server brings the drinks and asks everyone who had which drink. Then the same for soup or salad. It's like - didn't you write it down?

Our chef was great. Very personable. He told funny jokes and did tricks with the knives, etc. He knew what everyone ordered, didn't have to ask.

The food was good. I will compare to Benihana because it is similar and I am familiar with that. The overall taste was juicier and a little better because they use way more butter. The chicken was more flavorful. They used more spices. The filet mignon was the same, delicious. Fried rice was not as good. They could have used more butter there. Overall the chicken and filet pieces were a little on the big side. That made it hard to eat. For me the chicken cut easily with my fork but the filet wouldn't cut with a fork.

The experience and food was fine. Prices were reasonable. $12.50 for Hibachi Chicken and $16.50 for filet mignon, add $2.75 for fried rice.

I would give this experience 3.5 Stars but I will round up because...

I live in the High Desert. I drove all the way down to get sushi. In the past it was the best, but my experience this time was HORRIBLE. I ordered a caterpillar roll a Beverly row a salmon roll with avocado and a Philadelphia roll. The avocado on the caterpillar roll was so old it was black and brown the eel was over cooked it was burnt the tuna on the Beverly role was hard and chewy they didn’t send me my Philadelphia roll. I also ordered a chicken and shrimp bowl with a side of beans sprouts they didn’t send the bean sprouts either. I took a picture of the food and sent it to them they wanted me to go all the way back down there to take the food . I explained I live an hour away I just wanted my money back I asked if they could send me a gift card or send me at least half my money back they refused. I will never go back to this place very...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to one of my most favorite restaurants Wabi Sabi today on Christmas Day. The girl greeted me and said that I could be seated at the tepan grill and be able to dine in. She asked me if I wanted to eat now or make a reservation and I shared with her I could eat now. She went over and asked one of the employees who was assuming is one of the chefs he turned around and looked at me and sent her back to me to tell me that I would have to have 5 people with me in order to dine in. A restaurant is a restaurant it doesn't matter how many are in the party to be able to seat them and serve food. I felt discriminated against because I was by myself and this was terrible...
