This review is based on four orders spanning 2 months. I ordered three of those orders for delivery and I get a call from the restaurant within 3-4 minutes of confirming my order that the delivery time is between 1hr30mins to 1hr45mins and asked if I want to keep my order, cancel, or come get it. I at least liked that they notified me. I chose all three times to come get it. They then tell me the wait time and I promptly arrive when they said to. All three times I had to wait an additional 15 to 20 mins because they hadn't put my order in the oven yet. I was ready to be done with this location but the last time the manager personally apologized because not only was it late they messed up the order. Today, I called before ordering asking what the delivery wait time is because it's dinner time. 1hr45mins they said. I placed an order for pickup at 7:35. The app said 7:55 to 8:00 pickup time. I called at 7:55 because the tracker still said prep. I called and the guy said 10 mins so I came to get it. I get to the location and they said 15 more mins. I'm trying to support and stay positive but this has been four consecutive attempts and fails. I hate giving bad reviews but I believe this is justified...
Read moreI have been ordering at this location for years and had never had problems even in this covid-19 times, but today I was really dissatisfied, I do not see what’s the point for the “skip the line” online option, I got there and employees were coming in and out with the delivery orders I guess and nobody acknowledged any of us waiting there in line for over 30 minutes, even people that got there after me got their orders before, I do understand because of these hard times things need to be different and there will be longer wait times, but I would have appreciated if they would at least acknowledge us and ask us to wait a moment to get to our orders. Read moreVery disappointed as we are very loyal Customer's to this location and frequently order their pasta bowls. I ordered them tonight and one bowl was burned and the noodles were hard. I called to speak to Joel about how I was unhappy with the order and asked if I we could have a credit as its midnight and I dont feel like waiting on delivery. Joel proceeded to talk over us and would not allow us to finish our sentence even once. It is very disappointing how he handled this matter and I did not appreciate him rudely speaking over me. So dont waste your time with these very dry burned bowls. We will be finding a different location as Joel also does not understand how the online ordering...
