Gold Star Hamburgers — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

So today was my first time trying gold star hamburgers I decided to stop off on the way home from work after a 17-hour day in a hot Warehouse my daughter wanted some pastrami chili cheese fries and and she wanted me to make sure it was finally chopped pastrami because then she chokes she's 10 so I tend to ask for this usually I go down the street from my house but because I was there and they look good I get home in the Pastrami and whole pieces I call back the place and the rude lady who answered the phone the cashier she says that she put it on the receipt and I said yes I see it on the receipt but now you made my job more difficult know I got to pull off this Pastrami and chop it up I said for the first time going there I said I'm not impressed I should have just went down the street from my house she said maybe you should have so maybe you guys should not stop and eat here they don't know how to take orders and apparently the Kooks can't read and when you call back you get a lady on the phone who is rude so just go to the hamburger joint near your house as long as it's...

So sad to see how this place stereotypes people so quick… my father had order some hamburgers thru their drive thru and this staff forgot to place one hamburger in his order.. we got told that we could go and get our hamburger at any time of the day so when my husband went inside ( red shorts black t shirt crocs on) he was told that nobody had said anything and that they didn’t charge him for the last burger…even though they did charge it,so I go inside and ask for the manager and this girl Teresa with pink faded hair says there’s no manager in site so I said who’s in charge right now she proceeds to say no one is… point blank they didn’t want to give my husband the burger they forgot just cause of how he looked but once my daughter called they were quick to just say ohh yes we’ll make it right now… now I gotta check and hope they didn’t spit in my burger…. Such bad management from Peter needs to train their employees on how to treat everyone… first and last time I set foot...

Review 2024: Again long hair in my food!! Unbelievable

No half and half for your coffee!! I mean really freaking really.

Their creamer is hydrogenated coconut oil and corn syrup is now the flavored coffee milk. 15 freaking dollars for breakfast and can't even get real cream or half and half really pisses me off.

2023: I started going again and so far no hair in my food for the last three meals so maybe they change their ways and started wearing hair nets or something.

Old review: I really like this place, been going there for years but I can't go anymore... The last 3 visits I had LONG HAIR IN MY FOOD 3 TIMES IN A ROW. Come on Gold Star, hair in the food - gross. Why don't they just wear...
