I think the worst was the attention to the customer, the lack of chips and crackers, and the fountain drinks not having enough flavor. They only had one person working, and there was no one at the time I purchased my food. The lady working there gave me my sandwich and soup but forgot to give me my drink. I noticed I was missing the crackers and spoon and when I asked for the crackers and the spoon she then told me they had no crackers and that I could get my spoon from where the napkins dispenser was. They also had only three types of chips at the time. The fountain drink didn't have enough syrup for any of the drinks. I tried them all to see which one tasted normal, and they all tasted like watter with a hint of flavor. I come here sometimes, but its been a month or two. Today I ordered a tuna as usual. She said they were out of Italian herb and cheese bread, so I went with jalapeño cheese instead. The bread was so stale it was almost not edible. The worker tried to scrape the bottom of the tuna container when there was clearly not enough for a sandwich and it looked like it had been there for days. I asked if she could get fresh tuna, which she did, however the new tuna smelled and tasted rotten too. I was at work so no time to return. I am now feeling sick to my stomach. Not to mention that the sandwich was poorly made. Only 3 pieces of bacon instead of 4 (footlong). Terrible. If I reported my experience, they would probably shut the place down.
