McDonald's — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Not just this place, but all McDonald's per say! They have good tasting food, the problem is, that very soon if not already, people won't be able to afford the high prices it now has! And McDonalds I remember was one of, if not the cheapest place to get good tasting burgers at a very affordable price! I remember living in Chicago with a friend in 1967 and we'd go get $10 bucks of the small cheese burgers and have them frozen then after work we'd get home tired, not having to go anywhere in that minus 50 degree weather freezing N snowing we'd just heat them lil Mcdees up w/a cup of coffee N there was our very good dinner for 25cnts ea.! 🛑🛑BEWARE of this location trying to charge you extra items you did not order 🛑

I went to McDonald’s just for dessert so it was just two items total for me and my bf. I placed my order and as soon as she confirmed my order at the speaker and I started driving away my order appeared quickly and proceeded to disappear. I however was able to see everything that happened on the screen as I was driving away, and they were charging me a whole burger meal. Once I went to the window to pay they told me my total without reviewing what I got (which they usually do) I let them know they charged me a burger I didn’t order the lady acted confused or was idk. Then I’m assuming her manager or the person in charge at that time came to the window and told me, “just give me your card we’ll make sure your refunded” and she said something else mixed in with that and it made me believe something sketchy was going on. I let her know that I wanted my new total before she charged me. And she told me hold on and she left and came back then she gave me my new total. I finally payed and she gave a a receipt with the bottom half ripped off (where you can scan to leave a review) what a coincidence. The whole situation was weird it was something that never happened to me at any location and if it did they do not fix it suspiciously like they were trying to here. Just gave me a feeling that they are doing this to multiple customers without them knowing they are getting charged for extra things they...

Worst Mc Donald's Ever! On 9/30/23 at 4:06 pm, there were only two cars ahead of me when I ordered. Staff waived the car ahead of me and myself to pull into a stall. I only ordered two items. Another car after me ordered one coffee. We waited for more than 15 minutes. I went inside to see what was holding up our orders. There were only three people inside waiting to order. The manager walked right by me and never asked what I needed before going to the back of the house. The girl at the cash register was not helpful. She casually strolled to the back to find my irder. The manager appeared, didn't talk to me again, and walked past me to deliver the outside orders. Buy this time 30 minutes have gone by since I ordered. I heard him tell the cashier that I wasn't in my car. Really, because the cashier previously told him I and the other two cars were waiting for our orders, which were simple with no special orders. When asking to speak to the manager/shift leader the cashier told me he's not available. Again, I'm looking right at him. The cashier lacked in people skills. Not a thank you to be heard. When I mentioned this to her, she said, "Thank you for what?" Bad Food Bad...
