Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Justin

When in the area I always go to Roanoke Pizza Hut. However, working Uber Eats and was right here by this one so decided to be quick and just eat here so I could get back to work. Wish I had gone on and taken the time to go to Roanoke one.

Went in and was going to get a Buffett but had to order at the cashier. I have never had that at Pizza Hut. I always go sit down and the waitress comes by. Then orders. I wasn’t ask if I wanted a salad and then ask for a salad. Just wasn’t the same super excited waitress I always have; and tip very well. As always, I request a thin crust meat lovers which never came out. They only had one thin crust pizza out there the entire time. I know it is a Buffett and you get what you pay for so requests aren’t always offered.

I am just spoiled by the Roanoke Pizza Hut with the service and ultra friendliness off the staff. Management, cooks and waitresses always come by to say hi when I am there. They always show up with salad and my drink without me having to say anything. I like to try new things; but today only was able to eat 2 pieces of pizza and it had been 50 minutes!! Can only due thin crust due to diet issues. Had to get back to work. Oh well, have been needing to lose some weight. Skip here and take the extra 15 minute drive to Pizza...

I have been ordering pizza from the Pizza Hut in Justin Texas for years. But today they lost a customer. My granddaughter loves pizza. So I order us a large pepperoni with extra cheese. That's all she likes. Today a guy answered and rang it up and told me that it could not be delivered unless it was $15 or more. I always pay $20.65 plus, I tip to the driver. He told me at that time my total was only $14 50 something cents. I asked him if they changed things and he said no. I ask him did he for sure ring it up as a large. He said yes, And then he got rude and said lady I don't own the store, I'm just telling you what the register is saying. He told me I would have to order something else I told him I didn't want anything else. So you can not call and order yourself a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Because they won't deliver one large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. By the way the Dimino's pizza, I did get delivered was delicious it was so hot and here in like 12 minutes. Pizza Hut...

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the issues I encountered:

Incorrect Order: The food I received was not prepared according to my specifications. It’s frustrating when you’re looking forward to a specific pizza, only to receive something entirely different.

Long Delivery Time: The delivery took over an hour, which is unacceptable. When you’re hungry and eagerly awaiting your meal, every minute feels like an eternity.

Cold Food: To make matters worse, the food arrived cold. Cold pizza is a major letdown, especially when you’re expecting a piping-hot slice.

Poor Customer Service: When I contacted the store to address these issues, I was placed on hold for an exorbitant amount of time. Sadly, there was no resolution or attempt to rectify the situation.
