My Lan Pho & Grill — Restaurant in Roanoke

Update on my review: Good is consistently good! The pho is impeccable. Potstickers are juicy and flavorful. The service was a lot faster this time. So thankful for the ladies that work so hard at Mylan to give good service.

Original review: The service is a little slow but we have to give them grace since they are short staffed and still ironing out the kinks. The servers they do have are trying their best to keep up.

The food however is fantastic! We got a # 9, 10 and 44. The pho was so delicious. Hot, steamy and sooooooooooooo good. I ate the entire bowl of pho. The shrimp fried rice was also so good we finished it at home because we were stuffed!

I’ve been there twice now. The food is great! The first time I went, I ate there. Service was slow, but not too bad. Today I tried take out. Tried calling in my order but no one answered. I drove to the place, and was able to place my order…. 45 minutes later, after questioning several wait staff, I found out that my food had been sitting behind the cashier forever and was cold. In the 45 minutes that I waited, no one’s name or number was ever called. Very few staff speak English. Please get rid of some of the flowers on the bench and create a to go space. The food is great, but we’ve been the first clients each day a few times already and EVERY time the tables are dirty at opening, the floors haven’t been cleaned, windows are disgusting . There’s no pride in keeping the restaurant clean. Which makes me wonder about the hygiene of the actual kitchen in the back. Not to mention it’s like pulling teeth to get a refill on drinks, and the bigger employee is always on the phone with her AirPods…
