I am beyond frustrated! Every time I visit the Subway off 156 in Justin, TX, it turns into a 30-40 minute ordeal—something that seems to be the common experience around town and likely why many people avoid this location.
Tonight 6-24-2025 around 7 PM, I went in and it took about 15 minutes just to reach the counter. The young man working seemed new and was clearly struggling, which I can understand. What I cannot understand is why the two other employees were in the back laughing and joking around while the front was falling apart.
When I finally got to order, I asked for an All-American sub—just one sandwich. That’s when he told me he had three mobile orders to complete first. At his pace, I was looking at another 30-minute wait. I asked why the other two employees couldn’t step up and help, and all he did was shrug his shoulders.

Read morePoor customer service and rude employee. Very disrespectful towards there customers. We ordered online at 9:00pm on 04/25/2025. In online it says order processing and when we went inside to pickup the order he said he don’t have sauces, he cannot process our order and asking us to cancel the order online. But unfortunately we cannot do it. We asked him to just fulfill the order with what ever the sauces the has then he took a ripped off of bread and started acting rude by throwing all the items on the bread. Putting too much oil and sauces and he mentioned he is out of sauces and started acting strange. And keeping all the fallen food from the table and packed and did not fulfilled the order as expected pushing the food towards us and he did not even packing in a bag. Very disappointed. So much rude and disrespectful behaviour. Never ever I will visit this store again and also I will let my friends and neighbors know the situation, will let them know that how the guy has treated us and no to not visit this store....

This place is really clean and tidy. I am pregnant so I was craving a sandwich really bad. I came to Justin to visit parents and this was on the way. I placed an online order before I came to pick it up. Decided to dine in as no one was here except the owners and employee. When I was ordering I had assumed that the chips were part of the meal but because I replace the chip with an extra cookie I wasn’t aware. The owner came to me to make sure to understand the error. The receipt did not included the chips. So we think what happened was it got replaced with the extra cookie. The owner was really nice and said the chips was on him. I would recommend this place.
Also the sandwich was good- nice and toasty. I enjoyed my meal...
