This place has gone downhill!! WOW! I have been coming to this sonic for years as I live right down the street from them. I am honestly shocked at how awful this place is now, I came in tonight 10/02/22 as I had a free medium drink token I was finally going to use (mind you I had this token due to having issues with them before) I pull in and hit the button to order it took the guy forever to basically understand that I was saying I had a FREE DRINK TOKEN, he set on the intercom for several minutes saying absolutely nothing, he eventually understands and now I'm patiently waiting on my medium drink (only thing I ordered) and wait, wait, wait some more and as I'm waiting I see the carhop bring out the order to the ONE car next to me (only other person there aside from me, who pulled in AFTER me) I hit the button again and they proceed to try and take my order once again, I tell her I've already ordered and it was a medium vanilla Dr pepper and that's it and I have set waiting for over 15 minutes, she was very rude as well as the girl who finally ended up bringing me my drink, I went to hand her the token and she basically acted as if she did not want to take it and dropped it on the ground. I was explaining to her how I had been waiting for over 15 minutes just for ONE drink and she snapped at me "yeah, I'm sorry!" And just repeated herself again as I continued explaining the situation to her, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This sonic most definitely needs new and professional employees! OH and to top it off the drink is flat, never again!
Update 10/20/24: like many, I’ve given this place chance after chance. This sonic is still awful, it’s a shame that they can’t do their jobs properly. Management must be terrible.. I’m sick of spending my money here for food/drink items that I am not getting, i typically order online and pick up. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve added “extras” to my orders and didn’t get them or the order wasn’t right. Just today I purchased the new garlic butter cheeseburger, NO onions. I get the order and it has onions on it and is so grossly FULL of garlic I can’t even taste the burger!! And the bread is soggy, this is disgusting! I didn’t even eat it, it went in the trash. This is it for me, I’m so fed up with this place. I’m done spending my money at an establishment that clearly doesn’t care about their customers at all. The entire point of leaving reviews is to seek a resolution as well as informing the appropriate parties of the issues. But with this place you get no response except some automation and nothing gets done! This place is a joke, and I won’t be back. I’ll do like everyone else and make the drive...
Read moreI've given this place more chances than they ever deserved. I don't understand how every single visit, they manage to mess up my order. How difficult is it to make a chocolate chip cookie dough Sonic blast with brownie bites? Apparently one of their most complicated things that they've ever made because they continuously never get it right. I stopped ordering food here a long time ago because they never got it right and they never will. Whenever you ask for a manager, they seem to be bothered that you're asking for a manager. I came in last night and everybody was standing around while I had two different people come to my car 5 times and still managed to get my order wrong. It sucks that this is the closest location but I will definitely be driving further or will not go to Sonic at all because of the experience that I continuously have here. I complete the surveys but apparently they don't care about those either because nothing has changed. This whole establishment needs to be retrained...
Read moreThe only reason why I gave this a two star review bc I know how this Sonic truly operates. Yes I use to work there true! But it's not bc I had a bad experience working there and decide to come back with revenge with this review. No I liked my job it was easy and the managers were very understanding. I didn't like how they cooked there food. They blanch all there food. That means they half way cook it throw it under a heat vent and when a costumer orders the food they put back in the frier or grill. Double frying your food. In my personal opinion it's gross and very unhealthy. A food hazard. Food poisoning comes into my mind. Also don't drink the slush bc they don't clean the syrup bottles out. They just restock it so it's really gross and possibly have floating items in the syrup. It's only when a costumer complains that it tastes funny they will clean the bottle. I hope that the staff has changed their ways and improved on the quality...
