I was greeted and waited on by a young lady i believe she said her name was Kristina,in a timely and welcoming fashion my blizzard was 2nd to none and the stores condition was clean and fragrant ive had prior bad experiences in other locations but it seems that last few times ive visited the stadium location the stores appearance and upkeep has excelled to a very pleasant and enjoying location for me and my family to come and enjoy our weekly trip to DQ..thank you for a great and enjoyable experience keep up the great work and ill be sure to spread the word that the stadium location is the place to go if your looking for a great and enjoyable place to take the family for the best ice cream and blizzards not to mention the staff...

Last time I was here before the renovation, the singular employee had absolutely no idea how to make anything. Since they renovated, I decided to give them another chance. It was a mistake. I asked for the “brownie batter” flavor which was front and center on the main menu. The cashier didn’t know what I was talking about and spent several minutes convening with her coworkers before assuring me they could make it. 10 minutes and $6 later I was handed a watery, sloppy cup of plain vanilla with 3 small brownie pieces hidden at the bottom. On Saturday, we visited and ordered one M&M Blizzard with Oreos and one Cookie Jar. Upon our arrival, one of the staff members appeared to be quite irritated as more customers entered. After some time, we received our ice cream; however, the M&M Blizzard was missing the Oreos. When we requested a remake, the staff member handed us the Cookie Jar and remarked, “Would you like some napkins? This one is quite liquidy,” instead of remaking the Blizzard.
