Edit to add a response back- Spaman Jeweller's response back is a complete lie. I was there with my husband and know that payment terms, due dates, late fees, and interest was NEVER explained! The contract did not state any monthly due dates nor did it state that interest would start right away! There was definitely no transparency! The jeweller was adding fees and interest without telling us. We did not receive any receipts for our payments. The reason why our final payment was accepted is because the jeweller knew he was overcharging us!

Regarding this jeweller's personality- he is arrogant and likes to brag about everything he owns. He needs to learn what humility means. Regarding this jeweller's business ethic- he went against his own contract and charged me more than what the contract stated. It stated interest would start after the due date but he was actually charging me interest for months without telling me during those months. He also charged me late fees every month even though the contract did not state any monthly due dates. He is sneaky and greedy. When my husband called him to discuss this, the jeweller said he would have his bookkeeper call us. Then the jeweller hung up on my husband. The bookkeeper never called us. I called to have my watch serviced only to have the manager imply that it is a fake without looking at it. To me this is not a very good way to do business. I felt insulted that he would assume that.

Edit: I understand but don't you think that you would want to see the watch before you assume that it was a fake. I purchased the watch over 20 years ago, as I understand it, if I do not have the paperwork then you are unable to tell if it is real or not. I would think that you, being a rolex dealer, would be able to tell. Being a fake or not, you would still have the chance to service it. I still think that it is poor service not to look at it before assuming...
