Updated Review* (additional information) When I arrived, the gentleman asked if I would please show him the menu online that I referenced, and I did. He then said he'd talk to the owner, because it would be "better to have it fixed so customers not confused, right? Yes?".

Yes. The employee definitely took an interest in correcting confusing information and actively discussed plan to find out how to fix. Refreshing initiative. 5 stars for service. 4 stars overall.

Original post Online menu is incorrect. Two things I tried to order didn't exist. It needs to be updated. Meal was planned based on menu and budget and in the end it cost way more for far less food. Food is decent, and staff friendly, just expectations and outcome...

The food was good but, very bad customer service. I called to place 4 simple orders. On the menu it said desserts were cheese cake and chocolate cake. I said I wanted 2 cheese cakes with a Dr Pepper. He screams in the phone "THIS IS A CHINESE RESTAURANT NO CHEESE CAKE OR DR PEPPER. WHAT DO YOU THINK THIS IS" And hung up on me. With being hungry and running late we called back and ordered again. I explained 5 times it's 4 separate orders and he kept saying okay. When it got to our hotel it was merged into one big bill and we were never told how much our individual order was so we all just had to guess and put in money that equaled up to $50. Our orders were all wrong and the egg drop soup was AWFUL....

We ordered from the rice kitchen when we got the order it was wrong so we called to get it corrected the lady on the phone was rude cussing and threw the phone. They did correct my order but asked for the food they originally brought me i told then I had taken a few bites of the rice because I was hungry but eww what are you going to do with it (he took it to his car when there was a trash right by the door) we told him we were upset about the service when he arrived with our food and told him we wouldn't be ordering again and he said have fun with that nothing but a bad experience ... wondering if I should even...
