Worst service ever been a member with them for years. I don’t know if they got new people working there or what but they are so rude and ugly and unprofessional . Read moreThe past 2 times i’ve ordered from this location i’ve had to wait nearly an hour for my food. I live about a 3 minute drive to JJ and although i know it’s busy, that just seems unreasonable. Tonight I waited 45 minutes for my order, just to find I was missing half of it. I called the store and they told me they’d send it out. I waited over an hour for them to bring me what was missing. I called them to make sure my order was even still being sent out, and the person on the phone sounded annoyed that I was asking about my missing food again, even though it had been half an hour. Read moreLiterally not “freaky fast” delivery anymore. I can completely understand not having enough drivers but the managers response to my order being out for nearly an hour was “okay well he’s in route”. For an hour? With a sub that’s loaded with dressing?
Needless to say I got a refund on my order but the manager is not a very friendly person at all. He’s clearly doing the bare minimum. Good management equals good employees. I wouldn’t be rushing anywhere for him either. When I worked in management and we were short staffed we jumped on the road ourselves. Just a suggestion :)
