Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

Cold hard bread. Sandwich not sliced nor was I asked if I wanted it sliced. Young Girls working there that did not talk unless spoken to, did not suggest just stood and stared and then put as little effort as possible into making sandwich. I was only one there. What's sad is there are family owned restaurants on each side of jimmy john's. I bet they would have been extremely happy to get the buisness. Had I known what JJs would be like and hadn't been in a hurry I would have definitely gone to the family owned local restaurants. Glad I don't live in downtown Kalamazoo

Update. Jimmy John's replied and wanted me to fill out another website so they could notify that location. I wrote the review about that location. So I have a bad experience and they want me to fill out a web page. Seems that location could read their own review or the national chain could notify that location. I have spent enough time on this. I'm not going to do work for the company I'm complaining about. Really? I cant even believe I got that reply.

I ordered a dozen sandwiches for a customer presentation and had them delivered. I ordered them around 10:30am to be delivered just before noon. They didn't show up until 12:35pm in the middle of our presentation. No apologies for being late and no straws with the drinks (fountain). While the food was good I rely on companies like JJ to be prompted with their delivery especially how they advertise they are so fast! I called to discuss my concerns with the manager but the "night manager" said he would need to discuss with the day manager that was on shift and I asked him to call me back but I never received a call back to express my concerns thus my reasoning to take to...

We ordered delivery Friday night and the order was accepted even though the store was closed. It then updated and allowed us to track the order so we were under the assumption we were getting our food still. It said delivered and still no one showed up. We spoke with a manager from another store and he said we should expect a phone call shortly from the manager at the store we ordered from to resolve the issue. After an hour we emailed the corporate team and they told us someone would be in touch to handle it.
