Starbucks — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

If I were to describe my visit in one word, it would be delighted, but one word does not do this place justice. I did not know quite what to expect as I have never been to a coffee shop before, but it's safe to say I was more than delightfully surprised! The interior seating was immaculately upkept and just spaced out enough to feel like home. The selection of goods was astonishing! However, what really made the trip was the amazing service I received. I am sure all the staff that work here are awesome, but today, I was blessed to have Abigail as a barista. She was exceptionally kind and patient with a first timer like myself, and, even through the flurry of orders, she was able to curate a genuine connection with me! I recommend everyone to give this place a shot! It is truly exceptional...

This Starbucks is convenient if you’re grocery shopping while waiting for your coffee, but if you plan to just run in for a quick coffee I don’t recommend this location. They always seem very understaffed and busy with only 2, sometimes even only 1 employee working. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have waited up to 15 minutes for one coffee. The workers are nice, but like I said, they always seem so busy because it just seems like there is hardly anyone working there during rush hour and the line will have 10 people waiting. It's inside the store, the Starbucks is more like a little kiosk, we walked in and grabbed a drink but they don't have anywhere really to sit down that I saw. If you want a coffee while you shop for groceries though this is the place for you, I wouldn't mind shopping at the grocery store it's inside, seemed like a good place.
