Factory has become my favorite coffee shop in Kalamazoo with it's many locations, smiling faces, DELICIOUS coffee and food options, and plentiful space. They have many unique flavors (heuheu is my fave!) and a great points system for purchases. Staff are always very kind and provide excellent recommendations when asked.
