I was having a difficult time finding a petite ring set that also had a bit of romantic detail. Additionally, the places we had been previously weren't interested in what we were asking. Those places were pushy, had fake personality & just wanted to make a big sale.

We took a chance on a place further away we hadn't heard of, was a family business, but had great reviews. From the minute we walked into Romantica Jewelers we felt very comfortable. Andrea talked with us & very quickly knew my vibe. There was a ring that I liked as a bridal ring, but nothing that paired with it. She said they could create one to make a set - & after a few questions about style, stones & material & looking at pictures of other rings she had me trusting her. From that point she worked solely with my guy & designed the perfect ring I had in mind. I couldn't be happier with it or the laid back, honest, just like old friends experience that Andrea & her family provided. Andrea was great to work with!

Not the fanciest of places and the family running it are a bit on the odd side, but that's just my style! They were very attentive to me, not overly pushy and let me waste alot of their time. Allowed me to look at many rings and ask tons of questions, in attempt to find the perfect ring for my future wife. I did leave empty handed just to return an hour later to get my final pick. The price was right, great value for an amazing ring! Something odd and different from the same old options of most shops I'd looked, but that's my girls style. Needless to say, she said yes!

Being a bit nervous I did have the ring checked out before giving it to her. I went to 3 different places, one suggesting the beat place to have it checked out is where I had just bought it... And another telling me I made a great deal, asking where I'd bought it, then telling me how great the place and family that run it is. So they seem to have a really good reputation in the area for being honest and...

They don't have prices on the items, every time you need a price the woman helping you takes it to her husband and he measures the diamond, examines it and then gives you a price after explaining the quality of the jewel. It was time consuming especially if you want to know the price of 4 different rings. The husband was helping a different customer that understandably didn't want to wait for him to price our items. So I kindly asked could they call and leave me a message with the prices of the two rings I wanted, when they called and left message he said to call him back to discuss the prices instead of leaving the price on the voicemail. I feel like they are playing games trying to make more money. Frustrating. Just save everyone's time and have a clear set price for each item rather then examining...measuring the jewel...and then...
