Subway — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

It's usually a good experience at this location. Store hours on Google and on the door say it's open until 9:30 pm on Thursday. When I got there at about 8:50 pm, the open sign was on, the hours on the door said 9:30 pm and the door was unlocked. But the employee said they were closed and closed at 9 pm. She rolled her eyes, turned her back, and walked away when I said it wasn't 9 pm yet, that the open sign was still on, and - obviously - the door was unlocked. If you plan to change your hours, correct the sign on the door. If you plan to close early, turn off the open sign and lock the door. sign on the showcase states a list of the only subs that u can get with coupon. Does not include the steak and cheese one i always get at other branch stores. when i asked why, "because it costs too much". note this is not about the numbered specialty subs that have never been part of the coupon deal. Another sign says they dont honor bogo coupons at all. This is the only place ive seen with these restrictions and exclusions and no apology. A winter storm hit hard today, so the roads aren't very safe. But without groceries at home, I decided to brave the roads just far enough to make it to Subway. I passed two accidents on the way there.

I was happy to finally get my sandwich, but when I tried to sit at the table and eat the employee told me I couldn't eat in the restaurant (even though there was still 1 hour and 20 mins left until they closed).
