Wendy's — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

Food was old, the beef patties on our burgers were the texture of tough beef Jerky and burnt, also sloppily made.

The nuggets were old and had the consistency of rubber. Definitely not fresh.

The fries were soggy, old and unsalted.

Our drinks were incorrect and the staff was rude. We were not greeted, thanked or even talked to at the window. The employees were high and smelled like burnt weed. The woman at the window didn't even greet us when we pulled up to pay, she just stuck her hand out the window and waited for me to give her my card. Then started just shoving things at me out the window without even a thank you or have a nice day.

Mind you, this was in the evening, around dinner, not during a rush and our order was only 2 Biggie Bags and 2 10 piece saucy nuggs.

Get better staff Wendy's. I know you're desperate for workers but at least have standards and train your employees to act like the customer service people that they are. Most importantly, don't let your employees get high on the job.

I just visited Wendy's on S Sprinkle Rd and it was the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. When I walked in the cashier girl was conversating with another customer that she apparently knew for about 10 minutes and didn't even acknowledge me. When she finally stopped talking to them she said I can take your order now. I didn't say anything I just proceeded to give her my order. And as I'm standing there I'm looking over the counter and the floor behind the counter is absolutely disgusting. There were old fries and bread and melted Frosty all over the floor. Not to mention the floor that I was standing on with so sticky that my feet were sticking to the floor. All of the employees were moving at a snail's pace and not doing their jobs. Even the manager was walking around like she didn't know what she was doing. When I finally got my food, all of it was cold and stale so I demanded fresh food. I finally got the food I was supposed to get to begin with 20 min later. Even the parking lot has so many potholes it's almost impossible to drive through it. I was worried for my car. Worst place ever! As I pulled up.to order I wasn't greeted. I said hello? Then I ordered a 4 for 4 I was interrupted with a short "sauce n drink" I answered. He abruptly responded with 4.25 last window. I said excuse me, I am not finished. I proceeded to order another 4 for 4. 4- 4 PC nuggets and a large fry. He said is that it? I said yes. He said 30. Dollars last window. I waited about 3 minutes before he opened the window mind you there was no one behind me. I said why would you tell.me my order was 30$ he said my bad I'm busy I told him never mind and when I called to ask for corporate number they answered rudely. And gave me a cell phone number I called back and asked who that manager was and he said there's a bunch of them. I asked who was head manaqgee. and he responded with none of your business.
