I normally never write reviews on Google but this is absolutely ridiculous. I've never had a problem with the regular staff and am around here frequently but they have recently hired a few new people and atleast 2 of them are rude and down right disrespectful. Had a Mobile order the guy that was talking over the mic was super snappy but I brushed it off I got my receipt and pulled up to wait for my food. The girl who opened the window was extremely snappy okay again I tried to blow it off she handed me my drinks I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and shut the window. Then came back to say the fries were gonna be a minute but she wanted to confirm what order was mine she read everything correctly except had asked for both burgers plain . I politely told her that wasn't right that one was also just plain. She sighed rolled her eyes back shut the window and walked away. Finally when my food was done she very rudely tried to shove my bag over I asked about the burger again before grabbing the bag cuz she never said any and she proceeded to fake like she was gonna grab a new burger. Then what seemed like as she's telling her coworker about it all but rolling her eyes again then grabs the bag and just throws the same burger back in . I never once was snappy just simply asked for them how I ordered them. She shoves over the Bag and just stands and stares at me. I decided to give up and leave said hope you have a nice day as she goes yep I hope you don't and shuts the window. Ive never had any sort of issue like this. But that was uncalled for. Read moreI'm leaving a review from my recent experience going through the drive thru. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy McDonald's, what I don't enjoy is them having an issue giving me a large water because they're worried about me paying the difference in the size for a cup because I want water and not soda. We had asked for a large water with a happy meal, and they were saying they couldn't ring it up that way because we're essentially paying for the cost of a large soda, and water is cheaper by itself. But then said they could do it, they'd just ring it as a soda and give us the water. No big deal, we get to the window after paying for the food, the person handing out the food said "here's your water". And didn't give us the straws until handing out our food, I noticed the "water" looked like it had bubbles which indicates carbonation, which means it was soda. But I gave them my doubts as they said it was water, and as soon as I was able to try the "water", we had already driven off. Just to find out it wasn't water. Like I understand being worried about us paying the cost of soda for a water, but if I had an issue with that, I would've said that. Not to be lied to saying I'd be given a water, just to receive sprite. I didn't want a sugary beverage as the heat was already not making me feel good, why is it so hard to give your customer a WATER like they asked. I just don't appreciate being lied to, that's my main reason as to why I'm upset. I also don't understand why you can't just give your customer a water like they requested, it's not the end of the world for me to pay extra for a water when all I wanted...
Read moreThe staff could use a training on “follow problem through to resolution”. While ordering at the drive through- we asked for power aid and the guy said,”we don’t have that.” And the type of drink product they have is not on the menu so we asked what they had but he didn’t hear us. So we waited an awkward 10 seconds and asked again- he then said coke products, when he could have just said “we don’t have that, but we do have coke products”. Then our biggest annoyance: We pull up to the window where we asked for more ketchup as normal places might just put 2 in a bag. The little girl gave us 2 more…and then we asked if we could have another type of sauce and she said “we charge 25¢ for anything extra and I can’t do transactions at this window though”. No solution. There was no ketchup in the bag… so I’m glad we asked as we had a 10 piece nugget and large fry. Poor management as a whole at this location if they have to charge for sauce at a billion dollar company...
