Your coffee and food are respectable, but yet again-your staff sucks. Ordered over $25 of coffee, including a bliss bowl. Paid through your card system, added a nice tip per usual. Your staff handed me my items, I asked for 1 thing of salsa-"ok, that will be $0.25" I had zero cash as I paid with my card-I should have told 'Bailey' to take that quarter out of the generous tip that I now regret giving her.

Dang.

The good: Slick looking building, decent, convenient location, cookies given on top of drinks are delightful.

Not so good: Customer service. Be prepared to repeat your order several times and for staff to be borderline rude. Been through your line at least 8 times, and it is a consistent thing...almost like you are bothering them. Coffee is mediocre, and the service leaves a bad taste...

We had breakfast at this place, and at first I thought I liked this little coffee shop - until we came back to our car just in time to learn from their baker that she was calling the Sherriff on us, because our dogs were in the car: She refused to speak with us. We would have been happy to show her that not only were the windows cracked and shades up but that also - and most importantly - the tailgate of our station wagon was held open by four inches by a tool specifically designed to keep dogs safe and cooled in cars. She could have seen for herself that the dogs could stick half their heads out (but not slip out of the car) and that the temperature inside of the car was comfortable and safe. But again, she refused to speak with us and ran inside to hide, missing an opportunity to...

I love treasure state! Seriously best coffee in lakeside! And such an adorable building! Love the the location, super convenient for me! I think they are doing great, my only reason for the 3 stars is the ordering process here is terrible. Having the little pad they have to type each thing on makes the ordering go so slow and sometimes the drinks end up wrong. Not to mention, not all the baristas, but one in particular has no idea what she’s doing. She seems nice, but she acts like you are the biggest pain. From what you order, to how you pay ,or when you want to use your rewards card she always has something to say about it. She seems very lost. I love your coffee but you gotta get these...
