Burritos To Go — Restaurant in Kansas City

I love this place. I have had one bad experience and it wasn't with the food. The girl couldn't speak English well and she was one I had never seen before and I think there was just a miscommunication between her and I and I had my little son and was probably making her nervous. After I left, I realized she shorted me 8.00 in change but I didn't even bother with going back and asking for it back because I partly blame myself for my lack of attention that day. The food however is always great. I have yet to find a place that serves better burritos. There is one woman that has been there FOREVER and she has never been anything but amazing so seeing these negative reviews truly shocks me. There has been a price increase but I don't understand why people are acting as if this is the only business doing that. When eggs are 20.00 for 60...it's not surprising that a burrito that was 3.50 years ago now costs 5.00. The increase could have been much worse. But they are worth every penny. I understand everyone has their own experiences but we eat here at least once a month and there has never been anything that has made me consider not going back. We always order at least 8 burritos and are in and out within 5 minutes and everything is always exactly...

The rudest cashier/cook I’ve experienced in a long long time. For absolutely no apparent reason this lady that was working last Friday night , was so hateful to me & my family. The only thing I can come up with is that she acted that way to me bc I am white. Bc she didnt treat any other customer so rudely. The last year or so the burritos have become pretty bland and the quality dropped. But the last two times the food itself made me nauseas. And today I passed by just to get a couple large champuradas and the lady over filled them so they spilled out through the lid as she was going to hand them to me. She figured she would run them under the sink to clean the outside but then she got water in them cus the lids are not water proof making them spill even thinner.
