Flo's Polk-A-Dot Lounge — Restaurant in Kansas City

Doesn't get more Waldo/Wornall than Flo's. You know you're in good hands when the owner greets you from her familiar bar stool. If you're friendly enough she'll even toss you a complimentary beverage. Bar staff is simply unbelievable. From morning til night you'll find a friendly face behind the bar ready to make your day a little bit better. The locals and regulars are welcoming of new faces. Even noticed a patron or two gathering ice and taking out garbage for the bar staff. It appeared to me the bar had it's own mascot that sat at the bar stool closest to the door. Had a birthday party for my daughter. Donna was bartender at the time & was so much help for me to decorate, announce the time for singing & very attentive. Everyone kept the juke box playing all night. The owner was so thoughtful to give her a card & cup cake. I'm not much for planning parties anymore but everyone pitched in & we all had a great time. I recommend this place for celebration or just stop in have good conversation & a cocktail. Thanks alot...
