Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Kansas City

To the night shift on weekends specifically: its 100% obvious when you're attempting to make your shop appear closed at 9:20pm when you're open until 10:00pm. Turning off all your signs is a classic move. However, some of us know better. I will admit it is clever when you even stay silent on the drive thru speaker for a solid 2 minutes while you're hoping someone drives away. You should be aware, however, that the adults here know all of your trickery because we too were once irresponsible. It was very apparent that that was what you were pulling and when I wouldn't just drive away, you were absolutely rude for the entire experience. Good job on completely cleaning out and emptying your counters though. It looked immaculate but it must have sucked having to walk to the back cooler to make the sandwiches for my family. Perhaps you might consider that your job is a privilege and not your right and do it with some integrity. You only receive two stars because Jimmy johns sandwiches are essentially exactly the same at every store and there didnt appear to be any bodily fluids in my families meals. All this time later and it's the same story. The manager at this location lets people into the dumpsters, she just unlocks the gate for them. This has lead to a HUGE pile of trash next to this location and increased crime for the rest of us. I have NEVER heard a word back from Jimmy Johns about this.

8 Months later and this is still an issue. They let homeless people hang out behind their store. They make a huge mess, they steal bikes and have attacked people living near by.

The Waldo location hurts the neighborhood! Drug deals, trash and a very sketchy people are all attracted to this location. This hurts the other business and people who live or work nearby. I just witnessed a drug deal happen right out the backdoor, they didn't even try to hide it. The management clearly does not care at all about how awful this location is.

Update: Just cause someone "owns" the location doesn't absolve corporate of the responsibility for this location. It's still your name and brand on that building. You're just trying to shift blame. I honestly only give the 1 star because someone has tried to make things right in the past which is why I ordered again. However tonight my order took 20 mins to get to me and upon my kids starting to eat they realized they didn't have cheese. I called and talked to Jo she was awesome, understanding and told me she would remake them and get them back out to me with chocolate chunk cookies in which we were talking in code so the kids wouldn't know. Even laughed. Over an hour later we get the redeliver and I'm missing a sandwhich. I call only to have to talk to not one but two different people who didn't understand what I was saying. And then to be told I'd have to pay extra because two of those sandwiches don't come with cheese unless you pay extra. Very confusing when why wasn't that said in the first place and then only send 2 of the 3 promised sandwiches one that wasn't even the messed up one.
