Normally its alright. Don't expect customer service when you arrive because 9/10 its always "order when ready". The staff has a high turnover rate, and most of them seem incapable of speaking English, but that's just a guess, not fact. I tend to get old fries which is annoying, and more often than not old nuggets. I can deal with that for the most part. I'm ordering fast food and I understand that means it will usually not be fresh. If you want something ordered special, such as a mcdouble with no pickles or onions, or something like that, you're usually better off going somewhere else. Always check my bag before I leave. What prompted me to write a review is what happened tonight. I ordered a 20 pc. Nugget meal, no sauce with a sweet tea no ice and a large Dr. Pepper with no ice. Relatively simple. A few extra askings. After waiting a bit longer than I normally do, again, not a huge deal, I was given my drinks, they tell me no ice on my tea as they hand it over, and then hand me the Dr. Pepper. I feel the ice rattle, and tell them that it was supposed to be no ice as well. They look at me, then look at each other and just breeze on to hand me my food. I think, whatever, no big deal, just ice. I get home, sit down to enjoy my meal, take a drink of my tea, only to find out its not tea, its old, unsweetened, disgusting cold coffee. How they managed to put coffee in my cup in place of tea is beyond me. I tried calling as soon as I found out, for it to simply ring and ring and ring before going to a fax machine like sound and disconnecting. Read moreOkay, to start this off, I went to McDonald's in the morning to get some food. Everything went well until my order was called. I picked up my food and went to my table to check if everything was correct. I noticed I was missing syrup and utensils because I ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes. I asked the manager, who was in the front, for some syrup and a fork because they were missing. Out of nowhere, she told me, "I'm only allowed to give one syrup and one fork, so no." I said, "But ma'am, I didn't get mine," and she basically repeated the same thing.
What really set the conversation off was that she was really angry for no reason. I understand it was rush hour and she was in a hurry, but that doesn't mean she should take her anger out on paying customers. All I asked for was the missing items.
She then told me to bring her my bag with the food. I said no because I only asked for the two missing items. I told her she could look at my table to see that. She said, "No, bring me the bag with the food so I can check." with even more anger. At that point, she just gave them to me I really hope she doesn't do this again, not only to other customers but also to us, because she clearly needs more training, or should just revoke her posts. Read moreI was using the app for a free large fry with the purchase of a large drink. I gave her my code and the app turned over like it always does and say got it all right I'm going to the window. The lady says it's $6 and something, I say ma'am I ordered the large fry and a large sprite from the app and she rudely with her face all twisted says no you didn't you ordered a cheeseburger. I said I don't eat cheeseburgers I came in for fries and a drink and I showed her my app and showed her what I ordered. She got very sarcastic very rude very aggressive and stated in a voice and a face that was ugly know you didn't. Now I want you to know I will never order a cheeseburger I don't eat McDonald's burgers cheese or not I don't eat them but I do like the fries and the Sprite so I use the app to get my fries and my Sprite specifically every other day.
