Palacana — Restaurant in Kansas City

My partner and I went to this location on 05/05, After putting in our order for 3 items which costed me $50 we waited half an hour for our food and noticed that people who had come in long after we had so he decided to go to the counter and ask about our meal, just to find out they had to given our order to the chefs at all up to that point. One of the workers took our receipt and finally got our food started which we received almost an hour after our initial order. We chose to bring the food to the car after we received it and started to go through it, I received a box of 5 cold nuggets with unsalted fries, 3 plain tacos which all tasted like chemicals and ultimately gave my boyfriend food poisoning (im pregnant and ate a few bites of a taco myself how im not sick is beyond me), our desserts were no better, the crepe tasted old and the funnel cake was not only overcooked but also soggy to the point my fingers squished through the bottom. After calling their establishment today we chose to return so we could get a refund like we were told we could get, they gave us a $35 gift card instead, they absolutely refused to refund us both im our form of payment and in full. This place is very good if you’re looking for cooking supplies and all sorts of stuff involving you’re house they have from spoons to chairs and tables. A to Z of the home you could say lots of stuff people would enjoy and it’s some upscale stuff for the low low and Marshall’s it’s the same thing only with clothes they have all types of brands there from echo to polo and the north face they have lots of clothes there men women and kids they have shoes to they got from adidas to Jordan’s they have a lot of types of colognes too polo adidas a lot of high end stuff for the low low My wife often drags me there. I typically don't want to go but I'm usually glad I did. They have a very good selection of odds and ends for kitchens and bars. I have gotten some very good deals on lead Crystal for my bar there. I went there last night, it was busy as usual. Everything is really good so understandable. Once I was finally able to order I did then it came time to pay. My mother was paying so she gave the younger boy her card and he inserted it twice into his little machine and then said it was declined. So I gave him my card and it went through so I thought all was good. But then my mother and I both got a notification from our bank that their was fraud on her card. We logged into our banking app to see that he actually charged my moms card twice. And then mine.
