Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kansas City

We are not required to wear gloves per CDC. Any place go to theyre probably not wearing gloves. We wash and sanatize our hands we are human. We do NOT appreciate being called names. And for people to come into our workplace and DEMAND things of us is not ok. And we DONT appreciate it at all. Treat us like you would like to be treated. I work here and sometimes some people can'tappreciate the hard work we do. We work diligently, hard and as fast as we can with what we have. We are always clean and someone is always doing something within the store. Our food is made from real ingredients and we always use clean pans and utensils. We wash our hands and have a clean work area. Our team is one of the best ones I've worked with. I am so grateful to the managers who are always understanding and put in the work as well. We do our best to do things right and make sure everyone is pleased. Thanks for all the compliments and for the patience you all give us. We are people to who don't get paid enough for the hard work we do. So it's not for the pay for us it's about the customer satisfaction! We work hard and diligently and do our best to help every customer. Not every employee is trained on the front counter or phones, but we are working on it. Ever person and management and employee have been trained by numerous different managers. So we have to get accustomed to each store manager that joins the team. Our front line employee's do there best to be good customer service representatives. We also have a lot of constant customers who we have good professional relationships with. We always try to take our time to hear our every need of the customers coming in. We just ask that you be patient and kind to us as we are...

I called ahead to check on bringing a large group on a Saturday. They told me a good time to come . We had a group of 28. Seating was great...the service was super...our orders were taken promptly and delivered the same. We had separate tickets with no complaints or confusion from our server. Drinks were refilled without asking. The food was so good! We've had our gathering in several places from buffet type restaurants to nice sit down restaurants in the past. We were always crowed in and it was a confusing mess. Not so at pizza Hut. I would recommend it to anyone with a big group. The managers name is Mike. He checked in to make sure everyone was satisfied with our service. I'm very sorry I don't remember the server's name. She also was a manager and took care of every need! We will definitely return for our next family gathering. I gave our rating 5 stars just because that's all they had! Thank you for a very nice meeting place for our crazy family!...

No stars! I have come to this Pizza Hut since I moved the area over the last 2 years and nearly every time I come to the store my order is wrong it's not ready or I have to wait an excess of 30 minutes to get a pizza. They will not offer you credit they will not offer you assistance they frankly tell you sorry not our fault customer service fault you should have called the store. It's always a customer's fault no one ever seems to know what they're doing in there at any given time it is chaos it is dirty and frankly the staff is rude and don't care if they messed up your food. I will now drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way in order to pick up pizza from a Pizza Hut that actually knows how to be ran because this one on Shawnee Drive and I've even spoken with the owner has absolutely no clue what they are doing it's sad to see the poor service and quality of food or lack thereof...
