It's continuous problems with this location. Calls to corporate do nothing and have never gotten a response from the owner of the franchise. 45 plus minute waits in a drive through in the evening (which you can't leave since it's blocked off on all sides besides forward.) Get home and the order is wrong, completely wrong. They offer to remake the chicken but not the sides since "they're fine" even though now cold after waiting in line another 30 minutes to get what I ordered. Last week, received under cooked chicken strips, which the manager on duty said "the bell yelling it's done must have been going off for the other one and we just grabbed the first ones we could." Yes my children would love some pink in the middle chicken strips. And then this evening, refused to make original chicken since they had so much crispy they wouldn't be making anything else. Even after offering to wait. Pepsi had zero syrup in it, which was replaced after I went back once again tonight. Also, didn't receive a receipt with my order so asked for one when I replaced my drink, and was told their printer is down so they aren't giving anyone receipts. Me and my family went in at to order through the drive-thru... first I order a Nacho Bell Grande meal, and they forget to put sour cream on it which isn't a big deal. " but when you order something you kind of want to be the way it's supposed to" and when I got my taco it was supposed to be without lattice... I ordered a chicken supreme chalupa and once again I did not get no sour cream" now this was upsetting... my fries were also cold and Soggy and I don't live that far from Taco Bell just like 2 minutes!!! And when I called to let the men's you know I wasn't able to talk really talk to him because of all the loud noise in the background it seems that the crew was having a party of somekind..... so I really couldn't communicate with the manager because of the noise so I hung up nicely.... because I felt like I was wasting my time explaining how I felt when I got my meal. So now I take out a few minutes to let everybody know how I feel. So when you come by this Taco Bell and KFC think twice before you order at at this night...
Read moreThree months ago I left a 5 star review: Parking lot a little hard to get in and out of, but the food here has always been good when we get it. The customer service is always wonderful if it is Marco, since he's always smiling and happy. Anytime I've gotten wrong food, has given the replacements with no issues.
The rest of the team is worthless. In the last month we have had more than one issue. We contact corporate, who says a regional will call us yet they never do. 1. We never get what we order. 2. They never give the requested sauces and always forget gravy. 3. We've been served raw chicken which my kids almost ate. 4. They've refused to remake food when the wrong food was given to us. 5. They constantly refuse to make food if they've made too much of any kind of chicken. 6. Any taco bell food ends up without cheese in it (borritos, quesadillas, tacos etc). 7. They run out of types of drinks (Baja blast, a staple item) for days at a time. 8.
