Save yourself some time, and go elsewhere. They gave our order away to the person in front of us, and tried to hide it. After already waiting 20+ minutes to get to the window, we pay. They start obviously scrambling and several people asked what we ordered. Instead of the âmanagerâ telling us they messed up, being honest and apologize to try to make it right⌠they just kept the window closed talking to everyone but us. After waiting another ten+ minutes with zero communication, the cashier reluctantly tells us they gave our food away. We just said forget it, as that would have been nice to know before we paid.⌠give us our money back. They continued to ignore us with the window shut. The âmanagerâ continued to ignore our request for a refund, and then started arguing that they needed the receipt- that we never got in the first place. They found it in their trash. đ She tried to force us to take the food again after making us wait more, instead of our refund. We refused the food and again demanded a refund. We had to hold up the line to get her to give us our money back. She then refused to give us the original receipt for the bank dispute. Mistakes happen- but ignoring your customers when YOU mess up? Catching an attitude when we are upset about the complete lack of management and communication? I certainly hope they completed the refund correctly, but the snarky supervisor clearly doesnât know what she is doing, so obviously nobody else in the place is going to...
   Read moreThis was on Friday at midnight when they're supposed to be open for another hour. Literally pulled up to the speaker to place an order for a DoorDash customer, wait a few minutes, no answer. I say hello, no response. It's been about 5 minutes so I pull up to the window, you can tell someone is in the store but the lobby is closed and no one is at the drive thru. No other customers in the drive thru either, I'm the only one here so I call the store and no one answers. I go and park and contact support to get the order cancelled and I see a car pull up with other people and someone comes out of the doors to a car but someone stays inside. At this time I see other cars in the drive thru but no one is being served so they leave. I pull up to the speaker again and they say how can I help you and I explain I've been waiting over 15 minutes to place an order and it seemed like they were closed and they said, "I've been here the whole time we're still open if you want to order". By that time order was already being cancelled. TL;DR: Don't come here at night unless you wanna waste your time and gas money and not even be acknowledged. Hopefully they can find replacements...

When I got to the window I made sure to ask if the order was right, they were really rude and asked if the prices had went up. The guy running the window sarcastically said âyeah this is a 5 star restaurantâ and I showed him what I ordered on the app and that the price wasnât right and thatâs when they finally realized they got the order wrong and changed it. I thanked them and was very polite during the whole experience, even said verbally I wasnât mad or anything I just didnât think my order was correct. They were treating me like I was the one in the wrong? When they got my order wrong and I was being nothing but nice about the entire situation.
