Maddie and Brenda are both very sweet young ladies. It was pretty busy for lunch today and some of the customers before us were being very difficult. Throughout nasty people, these ladies were very polite and still kept working hard. Being a previous GM for subway, I tend to look for imperfections. Both of these ladies changed gloves, cleaned knives, wipes the Bain, and stocked in between each customer. Their manager has trained them right and should be very proud of these ladies.
Maddie- you are such a sweetheart and very patient. Please do not lose this trait as it will get very far in this career. Thank you for the taking the time to put jalapeños in a ramekin for my grandpas sandwich. We brought it home to him and appreciated you did such as well. Thank you for your patience with us and every other customer.
Brenda- you are most definitely a multi-tasker. Also a great trait to have in the customer service field. Thank you for being attentive and listening. Don’t let rude customers get to you so much. I could tell you were kind of stressed. But thank you so much for not letting that get in the way of customer experience. I know the customer is always right but we all know sometimes that’s not the case and we have to do what the customer requests anyway. Even though you were on edge, you still made our experience well worth it. Just take a second to breathe sometimes and clear your head. Things will be okay.

Read moreI previously rated this place a 4 star. I visited this location yesterday there was two employees working. One lady was in the back she has been there every time I come in. And a young man was at the counter. He was obviously new and was not very quick. I didn't have any issues with him or his pace. I told him I was ordering 5 sandwiches he asked the lady in back for help. She came out slamming things around complaining she won't get anything done. This was about an hour and 15 minutes before closing. She turned off the outside lights. While she put on gloves I apologized for the order. She said that's fine I didn't want to work all night and I got things to do. And then she asked me can you just go somewhere else. I said ok. So I left the family of 3 that was in front of me heard the entire conversation. They was shocked. So was I. Don't know if she was having a bad day. Or what they was also out of...
Read moreWent inside with my husband to eat dinner.... a lady didn’t know if the breakfast subs were 5.99 for a foot long.... let that go..... She’s sweeping not making any eye contact at all... Nor did she greet us. We’re standing there waiting for her while she continues to kee sweeping. We finally said “We’re ready” and she said “Your gonna have to give me a moment”. She ends up sweeping for 10 minutes.... Another customer comes in and she walks right over and asks what they want to order while we’re standing there.... I ask her for corporates number and she started yelling saying I’m here by myself..... and said she didn’t have coporates number. So we walked out and are going to another location. Just wow.
