Wow! I used to order here. This was my go to for pizza. It’s been quite a few months now. This was the worst service I’ve ever received from a Pizza Hut. My first pizza has no pepperoni on a super supreme. The only thing I removed was the mushrooms. My second pizza that I received was a thin crust mushroom onion sausage. I ordered some newer pizza called the ultimate which was supposed to be. I believe pepperoni sausage, onion peppers on hand toss crust. I don’t order thin crust. I thought I was calling the store to let them know about the wrong pizza delivered and I got the call center and she picks up the phone and she’s laughing with her coworkers while she’s picking up the phone and then I say something about the order and we get disconnected or she hangs up lol Then I call back and the second woman takes my complaint and replacement order and then I get a text from DoorDash saying that I owe them $24 when the driver gets here. I call again because I’ve now eaten a piece of the super supreme and noticed there’s no pepperoni on it and it tastes weird. I’ve never eaten pizza without pepperoni on it. They can’t remake the pizza because they put a remake for the first one already & they have to remake together lol I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Read moreThis was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to! My friend and I went here at 9 pm to get a large deep dish 2 topping pizza. We thought we could get the deal, but the guy said that there was no such deal... we found out later that it is an online deal only, but the guy could and should have told us that... So, we paid more than we were expecting. We ordered and the old man told us it would be 10 minutes. Okay, so we went outside and walked around for a while. Came back 10 minutes later and the guy pulled out pizza out of the warmer, but it was a medium... when we argued this point the old man said no this is a large! When we persisted he agreed and said that they were suppose to make us 2 mediums because they were out of large... he tried to pass of a medium as a large and then blamed it on the guys in the back! Wow that made us mad! Then he told us it would be another 10 minutes for the second pizza... no we paid more than we were expecting and waited twice as long as we expected! We were offered no more than a brushed off apology and a goodbye. After all of that the pizza ended up giving both my friend and myself food poisoning... please, take it from me and stay away from...

The manager did little to show her concern over the situation, but I'm happy to report that she at least showed interest in a dog that came to her back door. Yes, a dog! The time and patience that should've been showed to a paying customer was instead given to a wandering canine, and I was left dumbfounded at the entire turn of events when I had to deal with a driver (nice guy) who was giving me the excuse that "she's just having a bad day". No need to make excuses, just give me my food that I ordered and I'll be on my merry way. Do you know how to tell that your manager is unfit in their position? When it is obvious to his or her employees enough where they have to make excuses to the customers for their actions. This needs to be fixed and addressed promptly.
