Subway — Restaurant in Kansas City

Da Pa, obviously ya been smokin crack... if the dude wants pickles...he/she gets pickles... Subway's policy is to charge for meats and not the extra veggies.... However if ya figure out how much those small pickle slices cost...your looking at about 1.5 to 2 cents per slice...and sure that is worth upsetting a customer for....let alone a fire breathing pregnant wife when she doesnt get her pickles.

However, I wont go back to this place either...they suck camel balls in my opinion. My last trip here I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and the only veggies I wanted on it was black olives...so I asked for a lot....well I guess a lot for them was like 15...so then I asked for more....she gave me an additional 4 slices... I just looked at the lady like a frog in a hail storm.... the black olive slices cost on average .008 cents per slice... This is not the only time this place has been stingy on their fixings for my sandwiches.... I wont be back...and I seriously doubt this place will be in business very long...

Why? Cuz they SUCK!

oh...and on a cost basis consider how much they saved by not giving me any other veggies....all I wanted is a few black...

When I say I'd like spinach I mean more than 5 leaves. Also the woman there let customers cut in front of me in line to help them. Told me to wait, so I explained she could stuff it and walked out. I called corporate today and the owner and regional manager are being made aware of this places shoddy service. Corporate said, and I quote. Regardless of the about of veggies you ask for they should be making your sandwich the way you want it. Anyone on here saying that's wrong obviously is one of the employees or a family member. I pay for extra bacon, give me my damned veggies. Since others feel the same about this location, I'm sure it's just us being unreasonable and not a family running a subway as cheaply as they can get away with. Well, getting away with it...

If I could give them negative stars I would. Ordered a sandwich to be picked up at a particular time. Was a little early so went in to ask if the sandwich could be made early as there were no other customers. The man was not only rude but clearly has an issue with women because he immediately dismissed my order even though I had the confirmation email as well as the payment order confirmation number with proof on my banking app that the money had been drawn from my account. Said he couldn't do anything about it and even refused service to my husband. Dont go here if you expect service of ANY kind or a decent human being to deal with. Very racist and...
